Design, to me, has always been about understanding what lies behind a problem before thinking about the solution.

With over 6 years of experience working on SaaS and B2B2C products — spanning e-signature, digital healthcare, and financial services — I’ve learned that the most impactful work begins by asking the right questions, deeply understanding the context, and building a shared perspective with the team around what is truly worth building.

My background combines a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from PUC-SP, an MBA in Interaction Design from PUC-Campinas, and a specialization in Advanced Project Management from MIT Professional Education. This combination has shaped a perspective that brings together systems thinking, product strategy, and excellence in execution.

In my day-to-day work, I’m comfortable navigating ambiguity. I enjoy discovery, working closely with business and engineering, and turning complexity into clarity — both in the interfaces I design and in the decisions I help structure. I have a track record of building design systems, structuring analytics tracking, and leading the design of critical platforms with autonomy and a strong focus on outcomes.
